"English Paper Piecing by Machine" -- 3 hours. Tumbling blocks pattern for a 12-ince block. Requires a machine with a small, precise zig-zag stitch. Freezer paper diamonds provided. Intermediate level.

"Five-point Star Using English Paper Piecing by Machine" -- 3 hours. Participants will design their own five-pointed star block, create their own pattern and construct the block. Requires a machine with a small, precise zig-zag stitch. Advanced level.

"Di-Bag " -- 3 hours. Learn the construction of this zippered portfolio that has clear vinyl on one side and a quilted block on the other. It can be made small enough to hold credit cards to big enough to hold whole quilting projects or anything else you like.

"Notion Storage" -- 3 hours. Learn the construction of this 12" x 28" notion carrying case with vinyl on one side and fabric on the other. It can be rolled up to take to class.

"Shopping Purse" -- 3 hours. Learn the construction of this 5" x 8" purse with an extra-long strap and just enough room to hold phone, money and Kleenex.

WORKSHOPS:

"New York Beauty" -- intermediate to advanced. Explore fabric and color in a whole new light using traditional New York Beauty block.

"Snail's Trail" -- intermediate. Blend color and create subtle but exciting contrast using the Snail's Trail block.

"Kaleidoscope" -- all levels. Strip-pieced Kaleidoscope blocks create a variety of effects by altering fabric placement.

"Crazy Quilt Hearts" -- all levels. Learn the basics of crazy quilting and many different ways to embellish while creating a beautiful wall hanging.

"Swap Meet" -- all levels. A lot of fun! Using a simple block design and pre-cut fabric, participants swap fabric to create a unique lap quilt.

LECTURES/TRUNK SHOWS

"How Long Did That Take You?" -- An entertaining lecture/trunk show that explores and reviews the 12-year journey from beginning to completion of her Best of Show quilt "Into His Light."

"See Fabric in A Whole New Light" -- This lecture provides a reason and excuse to maintain a large stash of fabric. Patricia offers ideas on how to incorporate many different fabrics into quilts in new and exciting ways.

"Passing Judgment" -- A lighthearted look at judges' comments and how they can make or break us. Topics discussed include evaluating and using judges' comments, accepting negative comments and learning from our mistakes.

Classes, workshops, retreats and lectures can be created and tailored to meet your group's specific requirements.
